Confederation of Sahodayas has its strong footing on mutual co-operation and sharing . Hence it shall undertake all the activities beneficial to all the member Sahodayas and for the development of education in the State. 

A Few important activities can be: 

a. Conduct of annual teachers workshops. 

b. Principals’ in -service programmes. 

c. Supply of academic information. 

d. Orientation Programmes. 

e. Publication of Annual Magazine highlighting the activities of various Sahodayas in Kerala. 

f. Academic sharing – sharing of resource persons for seminar, workshop etc in schools. 

g. Organizing common examination at regional/state level. 

h. Promoting edu-friendly atmosphere among member schools. 

i. Conduct of inter Sahodaya/School competitions.
